Scott is a career-long real estate professional with over 15 years of experience acquiring, financing, developing, and selling commercial and residential real estate. He has led over $1 billion in transactions across the United States.

He previously led acquisitions and ground-up development for the U.S. investment arm of a publicly-traded Hong Kong-listed company with $2 billion in assets under management — growing its pipeline from inception to over $400 million. Prior to that, he held progressively senior roles at a New York City firm specializing in ground-up mixed-use and residential development.

On every project Scott led programming, design direction, and end-to-end coordination — the same hands-on approach he brings to each Composite engagement today.

He founded Composite to deliver the standard he always expected as an owner. Most contractors build the plans handed to them. Scott gets involved early — guiding design decisions based on how things are actually built. Nailing the details before plans are approved saves time and money later. From coordinating architects and consultants to managing every phase of execution, Composite brings design, development, and construction together under one roof.
